In order to remain healthy , you should :

- Avoid smoking

- Decrease your intake of junk food ( food that is not good for health , e.g chips and bottled juice that contains chemical preservatives ) and refined foods and increase intake of fresh fruits , vegetables and whole grains .

- Exercise regularly

- Get sufficient sleep in a well -ventilated room

- Relax and avoid stress

- Allow time for leisure

- Take medical drugs only when absolutely necessary

- Avoid recreational drugs such as bhang , heroine and cocaine

- Eat a well balanced diet

- Drink plenty of clean and safe water

- Keep the body clean
